一、機(jī)器用途 Application
本機(jī)主要適用于紡織企業(yè)的濾塵系統(tǒng)、纖維分離器、集塵器、及其他濾塵設(shè)備,用來(lái)輸送含塵空氣。
本機(jī)輸送的氣體應(yīng)是空氣和其他不自燃的、對(duì)人體無(wú)害的、對(duì)剛才無(wú)腐蝕性的氣體,氣體內(nèi)不許有粘性物質(zhì)。
FC centrifugal ventilator is applied in filter system, fiber separator, dust collector and other filter equipment of textile plants, used to convey air with dust.
This ventilator can only convey air and other non-combustible gases that do no harm to human body and no corrosion to steel. Besides, there should be no adhesive substance in the air.

三、外形結(jié)構(gòu)及安裝尺寸 Overall structure and mounting size
用戶(hù)使用時(shí),風(fēng)機(jī)可安裝于地面,小風(fēng)機(jī)也可直接安裝于纖維分離器、集塵器等設(shè)備或墻壁旁的支架上。(結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸詳見(jiàn)下頁(yè))
Ventilator can be installed on ground. Small ventilator can be directly mounted on fiber separator, dust collector or bracket beside wall. (Please see structural dimensions on the next page)

四、工藝計(jì)算 Technical data
風(fēng)機(jī)性能以風(fēng)機(jī)的流量Q(m3/h)、全壓P(Pa)、主軸轉(zhuǎn)速n(r/min)、功率N(Kw)和效率η(%)等參數(shù)來(lái)表示。
本說(shuō)明書(shū)所列的風(fēng)機(jī)性能參數(shù)是指在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)近期狀態(tài)下測(cè)得的參數(shù)。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)氣狀態(tài):大氣壓P=760mmH2O,溫度ta=20°C,相對(duì)濕度ψ=50%,空氣密度pa=1.2Kg/m3。
用戶(hù)選用本機(jī)時(shí),如果實(shí)際進(jìn)氣狀態(tài)與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)氣狀態(tài)有較大的差異時(shí),則應(yīng)按下列公式換算后再選用。
當(dāng)空氣密度(ρ),轉(zhuǎn)速(n)改變時(shí):
Q=Q0·n/n0
P=P0·(n/n0)2·p/pa
N=N0·(n/n0)3·p/pa
η=η0
當(dāng)大氣壓(pb), 氣體溫度(t) 改變時(shí)

上述換算公式中,注腳符號(hào)為“0”的參數(shù)為本說(shuō)明書(shū)中所列風(fēng)機(jī)性能參數(shù),無(wú)注腳符號(hào)的參數(shù)為風(fēng)機(jī)在實(shí)際工作條件下的性能參數(shù)。
Ventilator functions are shown by its flow Q(m3/h), full pressure P(Pa), shaft turning speed n(r/min), power N(kw) and efficiency η(%) etc.
Ventilator functional data list in this operation manual are referring to the data tested under standard air inlet. Standard air inlet: air pressure P=760mmH2O, temperature ta=20℃, relative humidity ¿=50%, air density pa=1.2kg/ m3.
If actual air inlet is different from the standard air inlet, then users need to calculate the technical data as per the following formula in order to select suitable machines.
When air density(p), turning speed(n) are changed, then:
Q=Q0·n/n0

η=η0
When air pressure(pb), temperature(t) are changed, then:
Q=Q0

In above formulas, data with the footnote “0” are ventilator functional data list in this operation manual. While those without footnote are the functional data under actual working condition.

五、機(jī)器的安裝與調(diào)試 Installation and Debug
風(fēng)機(jī)出廠(chǎng)時(shí),已經(jīng)調(diào)整試車(chē),運(yùn)行前不需拆卸或?qū)﹄姍C(jī)軸承加油,以免因安裝不當(dāng)而破壞風(fēng)葉平衡,引起震動(dòng)。
風(fēng)機(jī)應(yīng)安裝在結(jié)實(shí)平整的基礎(chǔ)上,保證運(yùn)行可靠穩(wěn)定。一般混凝土基礎(chǔ)應(yīng)比風(fēng)機(jī)底座寬出200~250mm。
安裝完畢應(yīng)進(jìn)行認(rèn)真檢查,各連接件、緊固件應(yīng)無(wú)松動(dòng),電氣開(kāi)關(guān)線(xiàn)路正確,風(fēng)機(jī)葉輪旋轉(zhuǎn)靈活,方向正確,不允許有輕微碰撞現(xiàn)象,機(jī)殼內(nèi)不允許有異物存在,外接風(fēng)道時(shí),不得將風(fēng)道的重量附加在機(jī)殼上,并進(jìn)行空車(chē)試運(yùn)行。
風(fēng)機(jī)運(yùn)行后發(fā)現(xiàn)流量過(guò)大或偏小現(xiàn)象,應(yīng)及時(shí)處理。管網(wǎng)阻力實(shí)際值與計(jì)算值相差過(guò)大,應(yīng)根據(jù)P=K.Q2(K為管網(wǎng)阻力特性系數(shù)),如果實(shí)際值小于計(jì)算值是流量增大;反之流量減小。選擇風(fēng)機(jī)時(shí)未考慮風(fēng)機(jī)本身的全壓偏差ΔP的影響。當(dāng)風(fēng)機(jī)實(shí)際全壓值為正偏差時(shí)流量增大;反之流量減小。
如果發(fā)現(xiàn)風(fēng)機(jī)流量過(guò)大或過(guò)小,可采用如下方法調(diào)整:
利用節(jié)流裝置的啟閉調(diào)節(jié)流量;
改變風(fēng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速以增減流量;
改變管網(wǎng)阻力值以調(diào)節(jié)流量。
Ventilator is debugged before sale. So it is unnecessary for users to disassemble the machine or pour any oils on motor bearings to avoid improper assembly, which would destroy vane equilibrium and bring some vibration.
Ventilator should be installed on solid and even foundation. Usually, the concrete foundation should be 200-250mm wider than ventilator bottom to ensure reliable and stable operation.
After installation, check carefully every part of the ventilator to see if there are any loose connections or fasteners; if the electrical circuit is correct; if ventilator vanes can be turned flexibly with correct direction(it is not allowed to have any slight impacts). It is not allowed to have anything inside ventilator. Ventilator should have trial runs firstly without any loads.
During the trial run, it should be adjusted if air flows too heavily or lightly as per the following methods:
Adjust the flow through throttle unit;
Change ventilator turning speed to add/reduce flow;
Change resistance value to adjust flow.
六、機(jī)器的維護(hù)與保養(yǎng) Maintenance
定期清除風(fēng)機(jī)機(jī)殼內(nèi)的積塵、污垢等雜志,以免影響風(fēng)機(jī)性能及防止風(fēng)機(jī)過(guò)早銹蝕。經(jīng)常檢查連接件的緊固程度,防止松動(dòng)脫落。
風(fēng)機(jī)經(jīng)過(guò)一段時(shí)期使用發(fā)生流量漸漸減小或突然減小,可能是由于管路堵塞引起,應(yīng)及時(shí)清理。
定期給軸承加潤(rùn)滑脂。定期進(jìn)行檢修,切忌在風(fēng)機(jī)運(yùn)行中進(jìn)行修理。
Periodically clean dust, dirt etc, inside ventilator housing to prevent the ventilator from rusting and to ensure ventilator functions. Always check fasteners and connections to see if there are any looses.
Clean ventilating passage timely in case that air flows more and more slower or smaller after use the ventilator for some time.
Periodically add grease to bearings for lubrication. It is prohibited to have any repairs when ventilator is in its working status.
